Terms of Use

NetPhoto Ltd (НетФото ЕООД) is a company registered under the Commercial Act of the Republic of Bulgaria.

These Terms govern the relationship between NetPhoto Ltd ("the Company") and any person ("User") who visits or uses the website netphoto.eu and related services.

By accessing the site, the User agrees to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The photographs are protected under:

• The Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act (CRRA)
• EU Directive 2019/790 on copyright in the Digital Single Market
• The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works

Permitted use:

• Viewing photos on the website
• Sharing a direct link to the page (not the image itself)
• Use by clients of photos paid for and explicitly delivered by NetPhoto Ltd, within the agreed scope

Strictly prohibited without written permission:

The presence of the "НетФото ЕООД" watermark does not imply free or unrestricted use. The watermark is an identification mark of the author.

In case of copyright infringement, NetPhoto Ltd reserves the right to take all measures provided by law, including claims for compensation.

When using the site, it is prohibited to:

• Attempt unauthorised access to the Company's systems
• Automatically scrape content
• Post false, misleading or offensive information
• Infringe the rights of third parties
• Circumvent technical protection measures

NetPhoto Ltd provides IT services, photography services and smart home services. Specific terms for each service are governed by a separate contract or offer.

The Company is not liable for:

• Temporary unavailability of the site due to technical reasons
• Losses arising from misuse of information provided
• Content on third-party websites linked from our site

Access to the client portal is restricted to registered users with valid credentials.

• Each user is responsible for the security of their password
• Sharing credentials with third parties is prohibited
• If you suspect a compromised account, notify info@netphoto.eu immediately
• NetPhoto Ltd reserves the right to terminate access in case of breach

Documents and photos in the client portal are intended solely for the relevant client. Their distribution without explicit written consent is prohibited.

NetPhoto Ltd processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Bulgarian data protection law.

Continued use of the site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible, or by the competent Bulgarian court.
